MBSR was powerful and life changing. While I haven’t kept up with my daily mindfulness formal practice, I find myself using what I learned in the course often. I remind myself in stressful situations to get back to my breath and focus inward. I also can recognize the physical response my body has to stress or getting outside of my window of tolerance. My favorite part of the course was the all-day silent retreat. I loved the intense experience of connecting with myself and the break from technology.
