Through group and individual practices, discussions and presentations, participants learn tools and approaches for cultivating mindfulness. The program is systematic and highly experiential, and offers you the opportunity to fully participate in your own wellbeing journey.
Over 40 years of evidence-based research shows that MBSR is a powerful tool in the prevention and treatment of many physical and psychological health issues including chronic pain, high-blood pressure, anxiety, depression, and obesity.
Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, is the creator of MBSR and internationally known for bringing this ground-breaking work into mainstream medicine in 1979. MBSR is now offered around the world.

It is a way of taking charge of you life, a way of doing something for yourself that no one else can do - consciously and systematically working with you own stress, pain, illness, and the challenges and demands of everyday life.

Classes will begin with the Orientation. Zoom link will be sent following registration and payment.

a All-Day Retreat: Sunday March 6th, 8:45-4:30 pm

a Orientation: Program begins with this required Orientation. Wednesday February 2nd, 6-8:30 pm

a 8-Weekly Classes begin following the Orientation on 2 February: Wednesdays, 6-8:30 pm, February 9, 16, 23, 30 and March 2, 9, 16, and 23

a Total program hours: 31.5

a Cost: $325 or $425 or $625. Sliding scale “pay what you can” pricing. Please pay more, if you can, to help support those less able to pay. Refunds minus processing fees are available after orientation, before the first session. Thank you.
